Gimbap Lunch



After a lovely day in York, we stopped at the Oriental supermarket near the train station and picked up a few bits for a Korean throwback lunch. Sticky rice, spinach, tuna, pickled radish, red pepper all rolled into a piece of gim (nori seaweed) and garnished with some delicious and healthy fermented cabbage! 
I even managed to roll it without my rolling mat as I leant it to my sister. Squashing it all in and moistening the join helped it all stay together.
 What a winner!
